We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

3. Order Cut-Off & Preparation

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are prepared for dispatch the same or next business day. Because every bouquet is arranged fresh by hand, orders are not prepared on Sundays or public holidays.

4. Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. Where available, you may select a preferred delivery date at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, weather, or other external factors.

5. Delivery Cost

We provide free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.

6. Freshness Guarantee

Fresh flowers are perishable and naturally sensitive. We guarantee your flowers will arrive fresh and in good condition. If they do not, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.

8. Recipient Availability & Incorrect Address

Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and someone is available to receive the flowers. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or an unavailable recipient. Re-delivery may incur an additional charge.
