Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.


How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are prepared the same or next business day. Standard delivery then takes 1–3 business days. Where available, you can choose a preferred delivery date at checkout.


How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on all orders within the United Kingdom.


Will my flowers be fresh?

Yes. Every bouquet is hand-tied to order with fresh, seasonal stems and comes with our freshness guarantee. If your flowers arrive less than perfect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.


Can I choose a delivery date?

Where available, you can select a preferred delivery date at checkout, perfect for birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions.


Will the bouquet look exactly like the photo?

As flowers are natural and seasonal, your bouquet may vary slightly in colour and shape. If a stem is unavailable, we substitute it with one of equal or greater value to keep your arrangement beautiful.


Can I include a gift message?

Absolutely. You can add a personal gift message at checkout and we'll include it with your delivery.


Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel or amend your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled dispatch or delivery date. Once flowers have been arranged or dispatched, orders can no longer be changed.


How do I keep my flowers fresh?

Trim the stems at an angle, place them in clean water with the flower food provided, keep them out of direct sun and away from heat, and refresh the water every couple of days.
